Question Short Huntsville Ride?

I will be home in a few weeks from being at sea. While I've been gone my Rubicon X was delivered and I had some modifications done by the dealer. When my wife picks me up at the Huntsville airport I want to take it out for a little test run on the way home. Any ideas where I can get a little off-roading done in Madison or Limestone County? I will take another day adding the many other "extras" waiting in my garage and then a trip to Hale Mountain and Stoney Lonesome.

Thank you for your service!!! Congrats on your purchase. Great looking rig. If your in by the 19th, the Easter ride is going on Coalmine Mountain in New Market, always a ton of people up there. Anything you want to get into is there, mud, rock climb at the powerlines. I can't think of anywhere around your area to test ride.

Unfortunately I will not be back until the end of the month. I will check out Coalmine Mountain, sounds like a great place to ride and not too far from home! Thanks for the info.

The gate is normally locked, but on this weekend for the ride it's open. You will need to find someone who has a key. Good luck on your return home!!

Thanks for your service! Did you make it home yet?

If so, how was the Rubi?
