Our 2002 Jeep Wrangler was stolen in Brilliant, AL on Hwy 63 on Friday morning (May 9th). It was last seen leaving the road we live on which is Hwy 63 going towards Brilliant around 6:00 am. It was seen by someone in Haleyville, AL on Saturday morning close to the House of Brews going towards Nauvoo. On Saturday afternoon it was spotted in Nauvoo covered in mud. The Jeep is yellow in color with a black hard top. It has Smittybuilt front and rear end bumpers. The front bumper has an XRC winch with a synthetic rope. No spare tire on the back. The tag, if not already removed, is an Alabama wildlife tag. If anyone has seen or does see our Jeep please contact us at 205-412-5950 or contact the Brilliant or Haleyville Police Department. We are offering a $1000.00 REWARD to any information that leads us to getting our Jeep back to us

Sorry to hear that sucks! Worse case scenario they don't retrieve it or they do and it's a right off.

Personally I wouldn't want my vehicle back case I know it has been abused and the years of issue and problems are never ending. This probably was your "baby" and I respect that but as long as you have receipts or proof of add ons your insurance company will probably settle on a pretty good value and you can always get another new toy :). ( Silver Linings ;) )

Someone tried to steal my 2003 Yamaha R6, I was was and took precautions buy having it cable locked to the rim of my car with all 4 locking wheel nuts on that one rim :p.

They did enough damage that it was gone for 4 weeks being repaired and it was never the same after that. I ended up cutting my lose and selling it 2years later.

Anyways by the sounds of the effort you are putting into finding it, it sounds like you want it back bad, so all the best and hope it all works out in the end and if they don't get it back they atleast the bastard that took it!
