I run 37x14s on my 05 wrangler x. No problems really, but I am afraid that the Dana 30 up front and the Dana 35 in the rear are going to strike one day. My only idea is to get the Dana 44s from a rubicon. Are there any other ideas you guys have?

37s! Wow that's a tad hard on the d30s. I have D44s on my Rubicon and am happy with 315/75R16. From what I know you're asking for broken axles. I say search the Tj forum and look at axle options. There's a guy named Jerry on there who is very knowledgeable in this catagory.

I've got a 2001 tj and have just done a axle swap. I done all the work myself and made all the brackets in ny garage with a grinder and small bandsaw. In the rear ive got a ford 8.8. I gound it under a wrecked tj already with 4.56 gears so lucked out there. In the front im running a dana44 from a 88 grand wagoneer. I did a ford hub conversion and will be adding gm flattops and high steer. For the time n money ive got in tjis build i wish i had done 1 tons but. Just remember Any axle made can be put under a jeep just depends on how much ya wanna spend.
