I wouldn't worry about that, honestly. There are so many organizations and acronyms out there that someone is always going to get them mixed up no matter what.

For example- my wife loves to point at my JKF decal and make fun on my "Just Kidding" Jeep.

The second of these two. Makes it real easy to eliminate the spelled-out wording when you apply the decal. Or maybe you go fishing a lot, and just want to use the 'angler' portion... or you hillclimb...

Also, since a lot of us go on trail rides, how about multiple Jeeps? No need to get carried away tho - a 2dr crawling up the 'W', and a long-wheelbase in the top of the 'F' that stretches across.

I do like the 'Flag/Jeep' decal, but it's too hard to tell what it is at any distance.

I saw the sticker and had no idea it was for another forum. I figured it was just a cool looking "JK" sticker.

x2!

And has someone checked with the admin/owner of WF to see if he/she/they are good with the idea? Not trying to rain on the decal parade, but would be courteous to make sure they don't mind

I removed the URL. Here are a couple with the Jeeps crawling or positioned in different locations.

Here is the vertical option with everything removed

As I work with this I'm coming to the conclusion that we could have a variety all based off the WF, they could be special editions or spin offs giving people the option to choose which one they like. As long as the WF remain the same its still associated with the forum. With that said I also like this abstract one with the Jeep inside the WF. It shows how versatile the WF really is.

I actually really like the simplicity/elegance of this one.

The block WF next to each other annoys me for one reason... the shared straight in between because the right side of the W should be on a slant!

I like the block WF. I would also like to see the Jeeps crawling all over the letters. Just think it would be fun. Add the URL or just WranglerForum.com below the letters.

I like where this is going. Thanks for working on it. We really need this IMO. Personally, like the one on the right in the above picture, but is there a newer Jeep image since that one technically isn't a Wrangler?

I don't mean to be the turd in the punch-bowl but the "WF" looks like the old "WWF Wrestling" logo. That's probably not a good idea for a variety of reasons...

I "borrowed" Matador's design a bit (a lot) and put the Jeep from the Sahara wheels in there.

Try not to see the Flying WV in there.

I'm not very good with Paint.net (poor man's photoshop), but you could overlay the W and the F so that it changed this look a lot. I like the simple designs without the spelled out wranglerforum.com.

I'm liking the vertical one with a much smaller Jeep (closer to the size of the one on the upper right), no web site address, and an overall size that isn't as big as the sample one on the Jeep as I need room for my other decals.

Really like the middle one. Two comments. First is that the vinyl peeps aren't going to like the wheels, may need to make the a circle. If you make the Jeep larger, the vinyl peeps may be able to do the wheels.

Just thinking as the Jeep would be a cut out of the letters that the body color of the Jeep would show through, I dig that.

Final thought, should be available in all the same colors as the stock decals.

I agree with whats been said about it resembling the WWF or the WF foundation, and with Jeep's 'off road' and 'nature' type brand, relating it to the Wildlife Foundation isn't too far of a stretch. And the little toy jeep is 'power wheels' looking.

The logo should be modern, professional, and eye catching. Something that 4 Wheel Parts or a professional big box store would want to put at their registers as a last minute add on item.

I'd buy this in a heartbeat...love the little jeep with the sideways block lettering. Really looks original.

I say if you are going to have the .com script, have it on the outside of the logo so those (like myself) who do not want it on there can just cut it off before applying the decal.

Also offering it in multiple colors would be cool...as I have a Mango Tango Jeep, I'll take one orange decal please.

As stated, if you have an idea post it here.. we may move the thread or start an offical thread for design ideas, but for now just post here.. and as stated above its something we are thinking about and want to see what the community can come up with....
Few things for the design..

1. Size.. smaller is better.. ie not a banner like we have now.
2. out of the box thinking is good, but not so out of the box that we can't call it a box anymore.
3. if we find something we like and want to use and you agree to let us use it(will give credit and some sort of swag) be able to provide us proof that its your idea, for the artwork etc...

that is all...

The middle one is awesome but I think it'd look better with the URL back inside the W.

Either way these are coming along, I hope the admins go with one of your designs.
