I've yet to root my Evo. Started to, but got side tracked. Still plan on it when i get the time.
Coming from "patching" my Pre rooting seems daunting lol. I think my Evo will run stock for awhile.

Works great, be sure to note there are two apps that show up - select the "Social Knowledge, LLC" app (the top one on my phone list). It has the picture of the Jeep coming down the hill.

Lol..yea maybe a little bit...but from what I've seen its gotten easier.
___________

I guess "current" is the same as "new posts" on the website...correct? I think it would be more familiar to members if it said new posts....

And from my experience with other forum apps...that's what the nomenclature normally does..matches the site..

I forget what the iPhone app says exactly..

I have been after my wife about an enhancement request. A thread would be cool. Would have to have pics.

Yes, profile modifications are unavailable at this time, and hope they are implemented in future updates.

Any chance we'll get the ability to view attachments full screen with pinch to zoom?

It runs in the background for me. I can hit the home button, do something else then come back to it and its at the same place. What phone do you have?

You have to back all the way out. Hitting home just tosses it in the background.

You can always go to the phone's Setting> Applications> Running Services and force stop it to shut it off.

Not too sure about that. It's possible but I donno how much the developers would have to re-code.

Hopefuly they are reading this thread with our thoughts and ideas.

app called Shoot Me, says it only supports rooted devices...Nope works great on my Evo

You start the app and shake the phone to take a SS. Only issue is its stays on for a while. And you may take random screen shots. But thats no big deal. Just start it and shake it when you are at the screen you want a shot of..its great!

Yep it works on my unrooted Evo. One tip to prevent it from running for awhile is to hold the home button, select shoot me, then select the "quit" button.

Great app! Been browsing the forums for months via the browser while this existed... Runs great on my rooted and sideloaded Captivate. You won't need to be rooted to install this via the market
