Drivable Beaches

Anyone know of any southeast drivable beaches besides Outer Banks and Daytona? Wanting to do a family outing but Dad's got a bad back and the Outer Banks is too far. We like to surf fish as well.
Thanks for any input.

Thanks Trailsnail.
Do you know if it is seasonal or year round? Do you know any good sites to research?
Thanks

It may be closed during turtle season. You can also go to Huguenot just south of Amelia

Even if traffic is bad, Huguenot is worth it. My son lives in Jax. I've been to Huguenot and Amelia a few times. Always nice.

The island across from St. Augustine, and also Crescent Beach a few miles south of there.
