Line of Duty Benefit Ride May 22

I know that this is a motorcycle ride, however, I asked the ride coordinator if we could bring a group of Jeeps and he said, "Bring 'em on!"

This is for a great cause so let's make our presence known tomorrow!

Bump for a great cause. I just moved back to south GA and I would ride my two wheels if I was up there but at the moment we are working 7 days a week.

We had over 500 bikes, one Jeep and one Honda Accord for this ride. *

The registration fees, alone, netted over $10,000...that total did NOT include the money raised by selling BBQ chicken plates, hotdogs, hamburgers and drinks. *There were also shirts, wrist bands and other memorabilia for sale. *

100% of the proceeds will go to the families of SPO Elmer "Buddy" Christian and SPO Tony Howard (both with The Athens Clarke County Police Department) *Thanks for your service and sacrifices gentlemen.
