Howdy from Dawsonville!

I have not joined any clubs yet (I don't have all the gizmos installed that they require) but I'm looking to ride with some local Jeepers, too.

Guys, come check out the off road club I started. We are group of folks that love to off road and get together and hang out.

Off The Map 4 Wheel Drive Club (OTM) - Home

Register for our forum and find out all about us.

Let me know if you have any questions, I pretty much know all the clubs in the Atlanta / GA area and can get you hooked up.

There's a place up near Chatsworth... I've yet to go, but would love to try it out:

Quote:
Directions: Take GA 52 east from Chatsworth about 1 mile. Turn right onto the Old Federal Road and go 4 miles. Turn left at the Peeples Lake/Rock Creek Trail directional sign onto Forest Service Road 3 and travel 5.9 miles to the trailhead parking lot.
You just need to get up there to chatsworth.. It is pretty easier from there.. And it's all completely legal! I know 100%
That's from another thread here.

Any other ideas? Should we shoot for Saturday the 21st and/or Sunday the 22nd?

I have a stock Sahara and would be interested in some "easier" trails for my first time off-road. If you guys/ladies ever plan on riding some light to moderate trails post I here and I will try to join you.

You should come to chattanooga there are several trails that are exactly what you are looking for.

Would I be able to take my Mojave edition by itself through Prentice Cooper? I was thinking of planning a camping trip with a few friends. I dont have a winch or comealong yet though

If you go when its dry and stick to braddison you can go by yourself and you wont need a winch.
