North Georgia trails.

I was unable to get off of work for the Pickens County Jeep fest, but the wife and I are headed to Blairsville on the 27th for a little vacation. I was wondering if there are some nice fairly easy trails we could enjoy while we are there. I've heard if Beasley knob, but not sure if it has easy sections to enjoy. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, or if anyone is planing a ride in that area during that time let me know. We will be arriving on 9/27 and leaving 10/2.

Thanks,
Rob

no creek crossings. EPA here is very anal about that.

if you take the backroads towards helen you will find alot of stuff. most of them are on google maps if you zoom in far enough. very pretty country.

Look for the service roads around Amacola Falls. There are a few forest service roads that lead to water falls around the helen area. I think one of them is called horse lick falls. Nice scenic roads.
