I'd love to join in but can't make it on the 2nd. Have other commitments.

Possibly could be in on the 9th or 10th.

Just moved to Marietta from SoCal. Would be cool to meet-up with a group...I'm game.

its 90% mud even in august. the only trail thats challenging is the slippery nipple and its a 33s and lockers gully. if you guys are trying to make it a wheeling event do look at morris mountain or choccoloco mtn. a little further drive but both are 30$ for a weekend including primitive camping. little more for hook ups.

d town is 25 per day and 10 per passenger
$20 per site per night for 3 people. $5 per extra person per night.

so for me and the wife for a weekend is 110 bucks.
morris and choccoloco is 30 including camping for the weekend.
i know randy morris and if we get ten jeeps we can rent the park for just us on a weekend there closed for 40 per jeep minimum of ten.

Agree, and for those of us up North, Morris is actually closer drive time, Choccoloco probably about the same or not much more. I have never been interested in Durahmtown based on what I have seen/read.

If you like mud, you'll have a blast. I'm still trying to decide how much I hate cleaning it. (Not from Dtown, just in general.)

Haha darn backspace right there on the touch screen. Hate when sarcasm is disrupted. Love the edit function though.

I'd do it if someone gave me a 3000 PSI pressure washer. Heck, I may even enjoy it.

The sheriffs tried that in Firstblood. Didn't work out to well for them. I'm just like an older, fatter, gray John J.

Sounds like dtown is out. You come up towards north here at all.

And when I do..... I'm sure it's nothing a six pack can't fix. Lol

I go north as much as I can. We have some official club events coming up but beasely knob is fun but not open for a bit. Chocolate mtn is good fun and something for newbies to buggies. Morris is a hoot. If you guys wanna make a big trip Harlan ky is on my radar for must do rides

I saw this on Facebook today. It's pretty soon and it could be fun. I may actually need a break from the big stuff while I focus on some mods in Feb.

Morris, is awesome, with a good guide. And at about an hour an half drive for you it's probably closer than dtown.
