places to ride in west ga area

Hello there i am new to this. Just bought my first jeep while finishing up a deployment in Afghanistan and i am looking to take it out on a camping, fishing, trail riding trip as soon as i get home with my son. I need to know some decent places that have good trails. I don't know a whole lot about the yj i bought cause i had my father in law look at it and drive it for me, so i don't want to get to crazy until I get to play with it a little. Still want to hit some medium trails and camp though. If anyone knows of a place let me know. I appreciate it.

Where are you in west Georgia? I would just go to one of the ORV parks that allow jeeps on the trails. Most of them are in NE Georgia though. There are a few in Alabama that may be closer to you.

I'm in powder springs/Hiram and there are not really any good places around. Mostly North GA/Tennesee/Alabama. There is a jeep shop in Carrollton, BCH off Road- friend them on Facebook. They host monthly jeep-ins for dinner and coordinate a monthly ride within reasonable driving distance and are family-oriented. They will post the info on their FB page.

Hope to see you around!

Did you find any good riding? I'm also from the Carrollton area.
