They run slightly at full turn. As for the small tires, I figured as much, but thought someone may have daily driver they may want them for

Damn, you are running 38s 15" wide? And they only rub slightly with no lift?

Perhaps you meant 285/65/18?. That perked my ESTP (extrasensory tire perception).
