Yes. He left me about 15 minutes. Was just going to see how bad it was at other end. Got stuck turning around at the west trailhead in Glore Rd.

Captains log. Running Inventory: .5 L of water. A clif bar. Two packs of smokes. Box of tools. Fire starter. No dry wood. About 50 rounds of .45ACP. And some baby wipes and diapers.

Ha. Mud facial? It's okay. It made me realize how important a winch is and confirmed my distaste for mudding - had never been in it before.
Like I said I was turning around after assessing how bad it would be so I could give a report about trail conditions. Kinda funny.
