Trail Camping

Anyone know of any trails that you can camp on anywhere in GA? Preferably North GA.

Check out Duncan Ridge Road. Awesome FSR ride w plenty of camping. Between Blu Ridge and Dahlonega. PM me for details.

Here is a pic from my Duncan Ridge weekend. Did not HAVE to tie the hammock off to the jeep, I just wanted to say I did it.

Sorry for the late reply, but thanks! I might head up there in a couple of weeks.

No problem, lots of great sites on that trail, including this one. But seriously, N GA is packed with places to jeep camp. I look for hiking trails that have forest service road access, generally there you are going to find good jeep camping along the forest service road and maybe some good wheeling close by.

I attached a pic from my Charlie's creek campground

Here's Charlie's creek on the map.
