Snail, I think that's a different Amanda. But yes, missing a DD Crew sticker.

Looks like fun though!

My son and I are planning on driving tray mountain this Saturday 11/2 if anyone would like to join us. I got my 2000 wrangler sport 3 weeks ago and we are excited to hit some trails. I live in marietta so we will plan on being there by 10. It's suppose to rain Friday so should the trails be ok for a newbie? Any advice or recommendations would be great.

Thanks

You should be fine. There's one rut, just stay right.

First FSR road doesn't count as a ride.

My winch came today, picking up my bumpers tomorrow!

Not to hijack a thread.

I have some video I took with my phone from a trip up a few months ago. It was fun. Nothing challenging. Being from South La I was kinda looking for some mud

Ok so my son and I are thinking tray mountain is like searching for snipes to newbies....we were all over the place and never saw any signs and even asked quite a few folks. We went to Helen and someone told us to take hwy 255 alt which we did. Ended up on 75 which were on one of the sets of directions I had printed. Drove to Clayton, Cleveland, lake burton and hiawassee and back to Helen. But couldn't find it. Can someone please post specific directions from downtown Helen? I know we were close and enjoyed the drive anyway. Also took bean rd which was a dirt road and passed a waterfall. Thanks for the help.

You basically go north straight through Helen, and after you get through the main part of town you will drive about a mile and it's a small road off to the right

When i went, we entered from Chimney. It's in a big curve off that dirt road (where circled) We weren't sure if we had the right road til another Jeep passed us!

This shows the turn in off 75. It's seemed like a long drive on a dirt road. Some nice houses, no, ESTATES, down this road.
