Is the lift spacers or springs? Either way all you need to do is jack the jeep up, remove the shocks, sway bar links, and maybe axle side track bar. The same for the front and rear. Lower the axle and remove the springs.
If you weren't 4 hrs. away I would try to help more.

Don't pay do it yourself if you can. Then you will learn more about your Jeep!

If you can remember "Righty-tighty, lefty-loosey." then you can do it yourself. I recommend having a friend help, preferably one with mechanical aptitude. Watch thie video and read the instructions,it's really that easy. Just give yourself lots of time and double check everything. It took me around 5 hours.

Yes....YouTube is your friend. You can do it. Just ask for some help in the forum. Someone in your area will step up and come help you out. I host a wrenching party every other month in Palm Beach. For guys who need tools, help, or just simply wanna hangout and work on there rig.
Ps. Your lift is easy. Watch the video linked to the thread and you should have it whooped in no time
