Convex mirrors on the Vents

I want to take the doors off my Jeep and I am thinking about using convex mirrors on my vents. From what I am reading about Florida mirror laws, a vehicle must have a mirror that provides 200 feet of rear visibilty. Just curious, has anyone sporting a setup like this been pulled by the cops solely for a mirror violation? I suppose it really depends on what type of mood the cop is in. Just curious. Thanks.

I have that set up and haven't had any problems. I think that in fl, you're ok with just the rear view mirror

Thanks for the reply. I have been reading the threads about mirror relocation and I have received lots of ideas IRT alternate mirror placement ideas. Taking the doors off my Jeep will be a new experience for me. I think riding doorless will be ok, what I have to get used to is the idea of parking the Jeep somewhere and leaving it. I think the idea of my Jeep open to the public will be the biggest worry for me. Anyway, before I came up with a fancy way to relocate my mirrors, I wanted to try it out first while at the same time remaining legal, even if just barely.

I run a scooter mirror in the driver door hinge and in the vents 2 2". I put them there so I can see on coming cars.
