I'm in Destin as well but don't know of any trails. Let me know if you find any.

This was discussed somewhere the outcome was that there is a place up near the base golf course in Niceville. You'll need to talk to some of the base authorities to purchase a sticker and get the rules. I used to live in Niceville and don't remember it being there then but the conversation I heard the above in was recent.

Eglin lets you ride there. Need to go to Jackson Guard in Niceville and get a pass. They will give you a map.

A bunch of trails in south walton county,( nothing major) and north of the bay..is full of trails and mud holes. Eglin is huge and has a vast network of trails, mud, and sand holes.

Agreed probably the best around here is Eglin. Nothing real crazy, just trails and stuff. Make sure you go to Jackson Guard in Niceville first for the pass. On Highway 85.

South Walton County does have places too, but kinda restricted by development now and I'm not up to speed on any good ones.
