I Need a Lift for a TJ

I'm thinking about buying another TJ. Somebody totaled mine a few months back & I have been looking everywhere for the right one & the right price. My eye is set on a 2000 Sahara. My previous TJ was a 99 Sport with a 3 inch lift with 33s Good Year Wrangler Muds. I'm looking for something similar to that, but maybe not as aggressive. So, I'll probably just go with the A/T.

Where is the best place to go in South Florida. I live in Boca Raton area. I won't be doing it myself. I know I will be paying a premium to have it done. I will admit (even though it's obvious) I'm a novice.

Can someone suggest where I should go?
Suggestion what type of lift, body or suspension?
What brand of lift?

Before I buy I will have a Carfax and bring it in for a inspection. It has 100K and a rebuilt tranny at 90K, she said it was slipping. Any other suggestions would help.

Thanks,
Joey

To add more info. This won't be taken off road much it will be my daily driver. I love the lifestyle of the Jeep. The biggest reason for wanting the lift is bc it dang near saved my life in my wreck. I believe if I was sitting on stock I would have been in worse condition - IMO. However, I'm going for the gnarly look as well. But keep in mind this Jeep will be used 99% on pavement. Don't worry I will find some trails every once in while to bathe in mud.
