Instrument panel

2000 jeep wrangler 4cylinder... Problem #1 headlights only come on if when i pull HI Beam handle
Problem #2 Instrument panel light when out bout 2 days ago.
I need quick easy fix that cost effective thanks

rheostats and switches are known for causing these issues. remove harness from switch and rheostat and clean w/ sandpaper and electrical contact cleaner. be sure to use contact cleaner...saw a guy use b'laster and short his entire system. no petroleum!
