I'm here on vacation drove down from Michigan ....how come NO ONE does the Jeep wave here? In michigan everyone does it! Disappointed Florida! Get with it and wave back!

It seems that way, I wave at every Jeep that I pass. I think I get about a 40% response back.

I think the lack of waves back is partially because of the shear volume of Jeep owners down here. Sometimes I can't drive a mile without putting my arm down. When my windows are up I'll put my palm on the windshield to ensure proper courtesy if they don't return a two finger salute. Then my head explodes.

Alabama's looking like that too. I'd say 30%, but I'm stock exterior for now and I've seen where people won't wave at stock exteriors. Keep going and you'll set a trend. My dad brought the wave on Post in Alaska and the next year when he went back everyone on post was waving.

I don't wave to stock Jeeps unless they wave first. But since I am in South Florida

official WF wave thread here ---> Offical Wrangler Forum Jeep Wave Thread

I will say this. lots of folks wave. some don't. it's ridiculous to put parameters on whether you wave or not. I wave at krawlers and stockers. if you're in a jeep... hell I even wave at the xj's I know...

enjoy your stay in Florida.
