Looking to Lift my Jeep Wranger TJ 2001

I have a 2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ and I am looking to invest in a Lift Kit and Tires. However, I know absolutely nothing about what i need. I do know I want a suspension lift some where between 2-3 inches. I also Think I want 32inch Tires but I don't know if I should go bigger or not. In addition to all of that i am looking to widen my wheel base, but I don't know what I will need to accomplish that either.

So I guess my real question is what will I need to Lift my Jeep 2-3 inches, What type/size tires should I get, what I need to widen my wheel base, and how much would it cost?

Any information or help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
Justin Weatherford
