If anyone is heading to the river rd trails anytime soon, let me know. I'd like to head out there since its not to far from where I live. Plus I'm trying to follow the cardinal rule of never going alone.

I think I still have a schedule of hunting days, I'll check when I get home tonight, I wouldn't mind going out there this weekend.

4th and 5th are hunting days this weekend. Sunday isn't a scheduled gun day. So you wanna plan on going out there Sunday? Can meet up at the Oasis Truckstop, or meet you on the trails.

Sounds good to me, where is this Oasis Truckstop from River road? We can meet there, that I can air down if necessary.

Exit 53 in Alabama off I-10 truck stop right there on the right. Good to fill up, bathroom break, grab some subs for the trail. No need to air down. Wanna meet around 10:00 or so?

It was a good time, nothing too crazy just some good trail riding. Definitely want to do it again sometime.

I've seen it like that once out there, I'd like to hit it again when it's like that.

Yea we had a good time, saw a few hunters on the way in on river road about halfway between the entry gate and the turn for the trails, but didn't see any more, and No Game Warden this time we got videos of both jeeps at the water crossing

Haha I don't know about you, but those hunters were staring daggers at me.

I'd love to but I am moving next week so I'll be packing :/

On a good note, I'll be getting some new wheels and tires sometime in the middle of February so I will definitely be eager to test them out!

I'll have to see if I've been worked into the flight schedule by then or not. Is this Saturday or Sunday?
