Recommended Service Department

Morning!

Was hoping someone could help me out in dealing with the service department.

Over the last week or so I have been hearing a slight whining noise when turning and believe it is the power steering. I have also been hearing another noise, very inconsistent when turning at low speeds front he front right wheel.

I called a service department late Friday afternoon and spoke with the rep that performed/sold me some service (replace diff and trans fluids) a few months back when I bought the Jeep. He asked my if I had a lift, which I do, 2" BDS, and said that I had voided the warranty and there was nothing he could do. I do not think this is the case as I do not feel the lift which has been on for less than 7,000 miles could be causing steering issues.

Does anyone have a contact they could share with a service rep that isn't going to give me a hard time about a 2" lift?

Thanks!
