Has anyone been to soggy bottom motor sport park in Maccleany recently? Originally I thought it was just a mud pit so I steered clear of it. Today I was at a gas station filling up and started talking to a guy about my jeep and he turned out to be the owner of the place. He said recently they've cleared a bunch of areas for trail riding and added a bunch of rocks. He also mentioned a jeep club went through there recently after he brought in the rocks so I figured someone on here may have experience there. The guy has 180 acres of land so there's got to be some good trails on it.

That sounds interesting. I was under the same impression that it was just mud bogging and had been closed for awhile. I'd like to hear more about it.

I got the owners number if you're interested in talking to him.

I've heard it was shut down at one point.
It's open now though. I'm assuming that's part of the reason for the rocks being brought in along with the trails. They're trying to attract more people.
