Tampa Mudding

Are there any trails in the immediate Tampa area that aren't too bad on inexperienced people like myself?

Rancho and Raulerson Ranch are usually fun places. Be careful though.

I think I've heard of Rancho, but not Raulerson Ranch. I'll look it up. Thanks!

Rancho is shut down I herd because of to many people being killed on Saturday nights there is a mud hole in Lakeland. On i4 take exit 38 it's a great place to mud and they also have a tractor just in case you get stuck

Rancho--too many people were getting intoxicated and shooting guns at night, along with stolen vehicles getting dumped. Usually this place gets cracked down on then things lighten up again after awhile. Stay away for now.

Raulerson Rd. is private property and people have been ran off before

Nothing nearby that you can play for free and not have a chance of getting in trouble.

I am not preaching, just informing

Yes, I did some research and found out that Raulerson has cops around a lot. My boss's son has gotten picked up by the cops there several times.

Rancho has supposedly calmed back down, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to stay away for now. The rumor is that they tracked down the owners of the border properties and had them put up no trespassing signs.

Only people with a deed stating that they own land can play at rancho....so if you don't have that, then it's pointless to think about going at the moment

I drove by Rancho this weekend and saw people coming and going, but I didn't go in. Then I went by Richloam, but I forgot to bring a map, so I didn't venture too far in there. It looks like fun though. Anyone ever go?
