Water in Oil

I have a 2000 Silver Jeep Wrangler sport, 4.0 6cyl, looks like I have some water in the oil and there is a mild noise from the valves when I start the jeep, might be a blown head gasket form what I'm told, I live in Broward county and need a good mechanic in the area to fix the issue, I'm mechanically inclined but this is above my pay grade, can you guys recommend a good and honest mechanic and also how much should I expect to be charged to replace the gasket and/or to replace the head? Thank you.
