Nice!! I just bought a skyjacker 2.5 lift and waiting to put it on. I would still like to go out there in the meantime if nothing else but to get the lady dirty. Do u have specific directions to get out there or is it somewhere im going to need to follow? I have a few other fellow jeepers that are also local and are dying to do the same!

Jason04 knows the trails good. I would hit him up, they aren't complex, but it is nice to have someone who knows where they are going...

There has been a few post since my last one. I'm always looking for someone to join me. PM me if any of you wanna go. I don't mind showing y'all around out there. All I ask is that you invite me when you go next time. Ha ha The newest part we came across may require a winch. Ha ha

Just posted this in the other thread:::

Hey Guys, I just joined this forum and just found this sub furom. Glad to see there are a few places to go wheeling. They closed down the spot we were using off of Palmetto Comm. Parkway. Me and a few friends that are in PJC, started a sister club for more hardcore types, we call it The Rockaholics. Hopefully we can meet up sometime over the holiday week and a half.

I have a 94 YJ with a homemade lift and a 87 Cherokee set up for rock crawling. And building a 79 F-250 4x4 for my son.

I'd like to check out that spot the next time you guys go out there. From the vids it looks like fun. My JK is set up pretty well with a decent lift, lockers, and 35's and yes, a winch. There's another guy over in Mt. P that would come out too with a similar setup to mine. We're planning a Gulches trip around Jan 14th if anyone is interested.

I might have to wait until after the new year to go out again. I have this real annoying squeaking going on when I drive and I think it might be the bearings. Plus I'm locked up in my house with eye problems... Don't sleep with your contacts in... Ha ha

You mean the post about going to the Gulches on the weekend of the 13th? That was Eric that posted that. He is helps Skip[ out at the Gulches, so he goes often. Good guy with a tough TJ. His is the marron TJ with "GulchesOffroadPark.com" on the windshield.

I was having some squeaking problems a while back. I thought it was coming from the back right, so I sprayed all moving pets with some liquid graphite, bounced on the bumper til dry and has been good ever since. I would be better to have someone work the suspension while applying, it gets worked in better, and you know what exactly needs hit. I have to do all work by myself.

Me and Mike were looking at it yesterday and mine is squeaking at either end of the drive shaft. Mike's was doing the same thing and he replaced his bearings and the squeaking stop. So I think that will fix it.

No worries man. These mud holes won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Have fun snowboarding. I'll be heading up that way in February for the same thing.

If y'all don't mind letting a Darlington boy tag along I'll subscribe to the thread. I have some family down that way and can't seem to find too much action this way.

SGK, we need to do some exploring in our area before we can extend some invitations. I have been scoping google earth and Old Pine Grove looks like it might have some promise.

We've had a few days of rain so the trails where we have been going should be nice and messy now. I know I'm ready to get my tires in it! Ha ha There is a new addition to where we have been goin and there is a bunch of area past it that we have not seen yet.

I may try to go this weekend. Depends. Santa likes my personality so i got a lot of toys for my jeep. If i start getting the stuff in before the weekend im going to start the build. If the stuff doesn't come in before the weekend, i may just wait till the following weekend. Either way I would like to get messy soon.
