Looking for an older jeep

Looking for an older jeep. Something around 2000 bucks. My brother wants one after riding with me. Nothing fancy. Obviously 2000 won't get him much of anything. It would be a first car. Thought I'd ask around. I live in Charleston SC.

Funny, I've been looking for the same thing and they are hard to come by. I looked at '77 cj the other day and the guy was still asking 8400!

Parted out a 90 YJ I got for $850 and made my money back. Also parted out a 93 Cherokee I got for $300, my friends call me the Craigslist whore, but the deals are out there. Hey Dude there is a 72 in Aiken SC that looks like it has been rode hard and put up wet but it starts every time. He wants 2300 for it. I saw it on CL and took a look at it last week. Might still be there.
