Lowcountry Offroad areas?

I just got my jeep last week and really want to go play just a little bit. Is there anywhere in the Beaufort area or nearby that I can offroad without getting arrested? Thanks for any ideas.

There are a couple small places I used to go to in North Charleston. Its been about three years since I was stationed down there though.

No more jeep for now
But I have free kandy and kittens in the back of my van

Nothing public. I'm from B-town, but live in Charleston now. There's Burton-Wells, Lady's & St Helena islands, but like I said, nothing public. You can go out to Ridgeland and Yemassee, but again, nothing public. There's mud everywhere, though. Good luck.
