Will camping be available? I know the facility is across the street from the entrance to URE trails, but will we need to camp on the URE property?

The land is UORTC's property. Pretty sure you have to pay to camp there. Better to camp in the forest, which is what we always do, although I think I have UORTC's permission to camp over there.

Im staying in URE instead of on UORTC property. That is were we usually stay plus we can get away if need be, and maybe less people camping on the trail instead.

I wouldn't count on less people. There's always a ton of people camping at the Jamboree. We always go down early to get a site.
