Any public trails in Charlotte?

Anyone know if any good public trails in the Charlotte area that I could take my new JK and 8 yr old on for a nice ride? JK is stock for now. Just "bought" and working on the "built"!

Thanks! I looked up the info online and there are several trails there that look good. Not to mention that camping is allowed ANYWHERE in the park!

Lake Houser Adventures. It's about an hour from Charlotte. Good trails and you can camp. Cost a little but not bad.

They don't have OHV trails yet. ATV, UTV and dirt bike only. Otherwise, that place is awesome for riding. I go as often as I can for dirt bike riding.

So far Uwharrie seems to be best from where I live. $5 a day and different levels of difficulty.
