ff road trails in Goldsboro?

Just talked with a friend and he asked if I had been offroading around Goldsboro. I would like to get more info if anyone knows of this place. Seems to have many trails. Not sure if he called it Huckleberry or something similar. Anyone got any info?

Let me know sometime if you would like to help break in a newb to wheeling. I am off 7 days at a time so any time on the right week is usually do-able

Buckleberry but I think its for ATV's and not Jeeps. Theres also Buscoe Beach just outside of Goldsboro but I dont think you can drive Jeeps there either.

I used to take my Cherokee to the Outer Banks and Topsail Island years ago. Even with stock tires and not knowing to air down, I still had a blast. I bet the Wrangler would be so much more fun

OK, I just signed up and found this thread. I'm from Grifton, and I work in Kinston. To the guy that's talking about good spots in Kinston and La Grange: Where?

I wanted to go out last week when it snowed, but being fairly new to the area, I had no clue where to even look.

if u go to the overpass in lagrange, take a right thentake ur first left. there is an old packhouse on the corner with a tranformer station behind it. behind that is a pit they dug out years ago. there are some pretty good holes in there, places to climb, flex its pretty fun in the summer when u get right many ppl out there just enjoying each other.

let's just say that the name "busco beach" is very misleading... It's not near the ocean nor is it a "beach." What it is, is a couple thousand of acres of some awesome MUDDY atv/utv trails. The jeep will be useless, but you'll have a blast on your 4wheeler or sidexside.

I know this a old thread. But buckleberry use to be a great place in rosewood area but it is shut down now. Busco beach. Only.lets 4 wheelers and such. No Jeeps or trucks

Is that place in lagrange still available. Nothing around goldsboro anymore
