mas problems?

just did a complete bottom end rebuild..busted #2 piston coming home last rings new piston main and rod bearings timing chain new plugs and a through cleaning of the head intake and anything else nasty lol had a lil issue when its cold it wants to pop thru the intake and smells like its running rich..replaced the tps and my little rough idle has cleared up but still having the pop and almost feels as though its bogging down until it reaches 210 degrees..let it cool a little and it does it again once hot it quits could the mas need cleaning or replaceing..done this b4 the rebuild and hoped it would have gotten cured..any ideas
