Sorry I couldn't let you know sooner about this morning. And heard you guys were planning a run to broad run tomorrow(monday) round noonish. I was checking the weather and its not suppose to start raining/snowing until at least 3(when I get off from work). Was wondering if yall would want to wait until then to go or even Tuesday when the mud would be Ridiculous!

Also I found a 6.5" suspension lift for $469. Does this seem cheap to yall????? Here are some specifications:
-Easy bolton 6.5" suspension system
-Long travel shock mounting, steering, brake lines, hardware
-Suspension flex better than any other suspension lift on the market
-Excellent clearance underneath axles
-Easy to follow instructions

Tuesday afternoon would be great for me, I work 6pm-10pm I think. As far as your lift, thats a great deal but 6.5" of lift would be awesome but look funny as hell with stock tires

HAHA I agree with you. I'm still lookin for some 33's or maybe 35's to go with it. I think that would be AWESOME!! And the price kinda threw me. I just wonder if it's that cheap because its a piece of crap? lol. And cool, Tuesday would be great. Just gotta find out from the others.

Im looking to downgrade my 35's to 33's, trying to sell the 35's to help pay for the 33's. No such luck on craigslist so far.

Well I was going to try and get $200 for the spare that has never been driven on and $125 a tire for the other 4 with 3/4 tread. Gonna run me $1200ish for 5 33 km2's mounted and balanced so Id love to be able to cover as much of that as I can with the sale of my tires. Y'all are my friends though, you think that's too much? Not enough?

I'm definitely gonna be going next weekend wyatt. Just sucks we have to drive an hour to lynchburg then go another hour or so from there. but oh well it should be worth it. And tuesday works for me for broad run. Probably meet in daleville at about 1.

And with that lift Matt, it'd be good if you got that 6.5" so cheap cuz you're gonna spend a good chunk of change on regearing and all that good stuff if you go with 35's. which i think would look better under that much lift.

You might be able to get that for them but im guessing you will have to settle for less. Just guessing though. If it were me buying them I would probably be willing to pay 3 or 400 for them but I dont really know

Well being that I don't have to sell them I wouldn't take less than I wanted.

i'm down for tomorrow and definitely tuesday cuz of the possibility of plenty of rain. I do need to clean the jeep tomorrow so I can tape off and hit those flares with the bedliner and I'm gonna do the bezels, my grill, and possibly a stripe beneath each door like where you have that metal plate mounted on yours. just to make the whole bedlined look flow from front to back. should have enough for all that and then some. i'm gonna use the roll on stuff for the interior and the hood cuz i like the look and texture better.

but enough rambling. I'm good with that trip Wyatt. Its not as bad as I thought. so we'll meet in lynchburg at 8:30 sunday morning? damn its gonna be a long day. haha.

I need to be doing some undercoating tomorrow and then we can hit the mud after the rain Tuesday if that's cool Trey. I wanna try and do it while she is clean.

yeah. i'm gonna get her nice and shiny. coat the fenders, grill, bezels and all that good stuff then throw a coat of wax on and take her right through the mud and get a good brown coat on there all over again. and i'm talking to some guys on the main trail pics forum about riding near power lines and they said if its not posted it shouldn't be a problem as long as we check with the authorities so i may ask around because there is a nice little trail behind my aunt's new house that runs along some power lines and up the side of the mountain. looks promising and didn't see any posted signs or paint on the trees. just dirt piles and fresh trail

We can hit broad run after i get off work for an hour or so then make the drive up there. its ten minutes up 460 right before you get to montvale. its in blue ridge. actually a better idea would be to check it out tomorrow since i'm off all day and we could go anytime before you go to work and maybe even find the trail head and test it out a little bit.

tomorrow or tuesday? or both? cuz we could check the power lines out tomorrow and hit broad run tuesday after the rain. Don't know how interesting the power lines would be anyways cuz i haven't walked up the trail any. just saw about a hundred yard stretch of it. would get plenty muddy on the stretch though if it rained real good.

yeah. i'll probably be up kinda early tomorrow to take the jeep out to wash it so i can have that liner dry by the afternoon. what is the name of that car wash where you just swipe your card and wash as long as you want? and how much time and money do you usually spend there to get it good and clean?

E-zee carwash on orange ave, near dairy queen and Gus nicks road. I hit it for a good 20 min with the pressure washer and the brush.

i gotcha. i think i'm gonna get in the bed cuz i'm gonna have a lot to do tomorrow with getting the jeep washed, everything bedlined, then going up to that trail in blue ridge. hit me up in the morning either before or after you get to painting. you could come over and work on it in my garage if you want. I'll be working on the jeep pretty much all day.

Hey, and my name is Matt. I will have to let you know about Sunday in a day or two. My schedule hasn't come out for next week yet. And anytime will be good for me Tuesday to hit up Broadrun. Just let me know.

And if any of yall are interested and don't mind a drive to Franklin County, I'm going to talk to my family about making a huge mud pit and some trails (if there are not any). We own a lil over 300 acres of land on Windy Gap Mountain.

next time we meet up to ride wyatt you can check it out. i did the flares, the slats in the grill, the headlight bezels, a strip from the rear flare under the door to the front flare, and i put some on the inside of the tailgate. i bought the duplicolor spray on bedliner from advance. ben used the rustoleum bedliner stuff on his diamond plated rocker guard panel and its got a nice texture to it too.

and matt, we'll probably be looking at meeting at the daleville kroger at 1 cuz i get off at 12:30.
