Electrical/welding help - NOVA

Needs some help wiring new tail lights. It could also involve some welding as the PO cut sheet metal when installing new tail lights that won't pass inspection.

Willing to trade golf at my club or cash.

It's been awhile since I've been on the local VA forum. Did you ever get any help with this? Where in NOVA are you?
