New to the Jeep world

Just picked up a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. New to the Jeep family. Looking forward to meeting some people and getting out and exploring. Quick question. I need a rack to transport my paddle board. However, want to be able to remove the rack easily to facilitate take the soft top down. I've researched the Gobi, Gavin..etc. Any suggestions? Also, I'm located in Norfolk. In this economy I would much rather purchase from a small "American" owned company rather than the internet or "big box" store. Or I will buy used if I can find one. The rack will be getting beat up anyways. Any suggestions? Thanks for all the help in advance. Happy Holidays.

Send me a PM if you decide to go with Gobi and we can hook you up with a discount. I put some info in this thread about how the quick release works for taking the top off EAD Offroad - GOBI Jeep JK Roof Rack Systems. We sell a lot of gobi and are located a few miles from their shop.

Gobi is a small business (husband, wife, handful of employees) and 100% made in Colorado USA.
