Rausch Creek 101

Just got back from taking the 101 class at Rausch Creek PA. Way too much fun. The trails are fun and challenging. The class is worth every penny. This has to be one of the best places to go off-roading reasonable driving distance from NOVA.

For the course Kyle was our instructor and his wife Mary was assisting. What a great helpful couple. I really appreciated all they did.

We were on the trail for about 6 hours. I did things I would not of tried on my own so early in my off-roading hobby, and things I never though my jeep could do.

Provided a couple of videos from the trip. Have lots more to upload and edit. Sorry these are raw, but screaming kids in the back seat makes me smile.

looks like a fun time today. You should come back up in August for Topless For Tatas

5th Annual Topless for TATAs @ Rausch Creek 8/10-8/11

I am leading Trail Group 11 and a couple of guys that have signed up for my group also took the 101 today, Matt- Red 2dr JK & his friend Will - 2DR JK. I still have a few spots open in my group if you are interested.

Definitely I need to go through the events planned this year at Rausch Creek and figure out which I can go too. The place is great and having a guide really makes the trip more fun and challenging.

You should see what is planned for a Sunday and go up Saturday night after work. If you can take a guided trip, even better. The guided trip had us having fun all day. I'm definitely am gonna take then next class since they teach you how to spot and more technical stuff.

Glenn is talking about going up in Feb.

I was exhausted, went up 5 AM drove on the trail for 6 hours then drove 2.5 hours to home. Crashed right after uploading those four videos.

BTW, those were all green trails and they weren't easy.

Yeah, I am going to see if they will do a 201 course in Feb. I will keep everyone posted. If not, they have a guided green ride towards the end of the month I will be doing.

I am also registered for the Topless for TaTas... Cant wait for that.

There is a 201 scheduled for 10 Feb. What group are you in to Topless TaTas?

Tell me if you go to the 201 Feb. It'd be nice to know someone in the class.
