Regearing Shops In Shenandoah Valley

Anybody know of a reputable and reasonable shop in the shenandoah valley who can install some 5:13's in my JK?

Hopefully someone with good local knowledge will give you a better answer than this, but if not, you can go to Bestop's "Where to Buy" page and look up local installers. There's a big difference between someone who will install a soft top and someone who can re-gear your ride, but it's a start. For example, this one sounds promising:
