Normally, I'd have at least a few jeeps with me but they are obligated to other plans. Not even looking like I'll have a rider.

Had a good day on the mountain as we ran the trail both ways, rained off and on most of the day but not a heavy rain. Met Jbraswell when we pulled in to have lunch on the trail, good to meet you. Saw 5 other vehicles on the trial but no other Jeeps.

Cool, did you happen to notice any trails blocked by a tree? There is one off to the left that a tree was blocking last year that I'd like to explore. You cross the stream off the main trail to get to it and I'm not sure how else to explain where it is.

I don't think there was a tree blocking the path by the way, but i don't quite recall.

Did not notice a tree blocking a trail, someone could have already moved it.

Sweet, it's a bit hard to see if your not looking as the trail branches off the main trail starting in the creek but about 100 yards up a tree was down. And I am not 100% sure which night id rather camp yet. Depends on if my bud says he can go or not, if I'm solo could do either or both as well.

It was me, BBQJeep, who pulled in with you when you stopped to eat. Good to meet you too. I went up to the top, set up camp, and my friends and I came down and back up late in the afternoon. We saw a couple other jeeps and some pickups and Toyota's. The mud made it interesting! We didn't see any trees down on the main trail or the slick rock trail.

It's on the way to slick rock coming from the bottom but you have to cross the stream near the two big humps you drive over. Lol really hard to describe the location of a particular trail in the woods, lol. Seems like most people miss it entirely. I'll post up what I find after next week. It goes off the opposite direction of the slick rock. Anyway glad you had fun. Look forward to meeting a few peeps next week.

Hi y'all, looks like I have a graduation to attend around 9am Saturday, and we will likely be driving up right as the graduation is over. But will likely not be there until 12:30-1:30...

Might be trailing behind you guys

BBQJeep and I "Crush"ed it on Saturday! Then we got lost on Big Levels on Sunday. We came across a fork in the road and took it. Then we took another one. Then we checked the map. Big Levels is only 30-40 min north. It's easier than Shoe Creek. I did most of it in 2WD. But it's still fun and bumpy and has some good muddy puddles.
