Awesome!! but you're going to want to be at the FL by 8:30-9:00 not 9:30!!

Also, i have to let you know you had our group cracking up when we read that you've been posting from your honeymoon! But whats a honeymoon without Jeep talk!!?

Hey no problem I just happened to have an old one in the garage from years ago and anyway, the antenna looks cool on the jeep. walkie talkies are the way to go.

And my wife said I'm allowed to play on my phone while I'm on my honeymoon. Which ends today. Heading home in the next hour. Time went by too fast :,(

the antenna really does look cool...i have antenna envy!! but in all actuality I besides looking badass I don't really think i'd get much use out of the CB

Just wanted to make sure!! Didn't want you think we stood you up, if you showed up at the wrong time.

Lol, i'm glad you've got an awesome wife that lets you plan off roading trips whilst on your honeymoon! The military stole our honeymoon time so I have honemoon envy too! Where'd ya'll go?

So what you're really saying is that you had to find a destination where the jeep could honeymoon too!

My wife won't be able to make it tomorrow. So I'll be bringing an old friend instead. I have more fun exploring if someone is there to enjoy it with.

See you guys at 830!!!!!

My wife and I and our friends are toying with coming. Just trying to decide if out if we can make it happen with the timing. We all have kids with stuff going on later in the day/evening. Coming from Richmond, meeting at the FL a 9:00. What time do you think we'd be back in Richmond? I believe it is about 2 1/2 hours back to Richmond from the trail head but I've never been so I don't know for sure.

Thx!

One additional follow up to my question. It sounds like it is about 2 1/2 hours from the trail head to the end of the trail. Then it is 2 1/2 hours back out the way we came in. Do you have to come back via the trail or can we take an alternate route home to save us the 2 1/2 hours back out the way we came in?

What a great trip! Thanks for putting this one together. We enjoyed wheeling with a great bunch of guys and gals. Shoe Creek is definitely worth the trip. A must-do if you haven't done it.
Great to meet all of you.

Well since you've been to Potts I don't think shoe creek is anything like Potts. It's for stock jeeps. No really tough spots like you did at Potts. There are some obstacles but you'd be bored I think. I wouldn't make a 3 hour trip after knowing what my jeep is capable of doing at Potts.

It's definitely a really fun trail to just cruise on and have fun but nothing to test your skills on.

It depend how long it takes to get through it. Of you stop and talk and chill it could take all day. But just driving it probably takes 1-2 hours.

It was great meeting everyone! I hope to post pictures soon, between me and my co-pilot, amber, we took like 9 trillion, so it's going to take a while to go through them all!

BTW- My husband, Jon, is still in love with your Jeep! You guys did a lot of work to it and it really paid off!

I will deff keep you in mind if we have to do anymore to the audio! The help we found online was actually VERY unhelpful ironically lol!

Thank you, Creature (that's my Jeep's name) is a beast! We've been through a lot and he's less than a year old! Can't wait until I get to lift him!

And I'll be glad to share the pics with you, as long as you share any good ones you got! Just a warning it might take a bit like i said up there there are like a bazillion pics i have to go through, but I will get them to you for sure. Just PM me the email.
