Any welders?

I'm in Parkersburg WV and have a very small hole in my frame I need fixed. Metal surrounding the rust hole seems solid. Would any of you guys in WV be able to weld this for me? Ill drive and pay too.

You can do that even if you have no clue how to weld. A little peice of metal and a 70/18 dc rod.
