Jeep clubs in Topeka??

Are ther any clubs or just some people that want to get together & wheel in Topeka? A while back I used to go to Tuttle creek in my Toyota & got lucky & met some locals to wheel with. There were a lot more trails than I thought.
I recently bought a 2001 TJ & LOVE it!! I have only had it in 4wd a couple of times, First, before I bought it. Luckily there was a muddy field near where I got it. I told the guy I had to test it. I got it muddy before I bought it!! Since then I have only used 4wd when it snowed. I have the trail itch.
Hit me up if you want to get together & wheel.

Ronnie

Hey Ronnie, nice to see some one else from Topeka. There are a couple of clubs, not Jeep specific, in the area. Most of us go to Tuttle or KS Rocks. One of my good friends is the former owner of Expert Offroad, he stills owns the building and lot but sold the business. They have a great staff and do a good job. They also have fliers for clubs in the area and have a few functions at the business its self. I started a thread with dates for a Tuttle Creek run the last weekend of April, hope you can make it. Give me a shout sometime if you plan on Jeepin or wrenchin.

Hi Randy, Thanks for the reply. I saw the Tuttle creek post. I'd love to go but I'll be out of town that weekend. I'll keep my eyes open for more posts. I stop by Expert Offroad too. I'll definately be hitting Tuttle creek this summer though. I used to go in my 91 toyota pickup.. Good times.

Have a good one,
Ronnie

In the same boat, but around Lawrence KS / Topeka area? I've got a 2003 TJ not with any mods yet, but I'm looking to get my feet wet with with offroading. I don't know much about the jeep clubs in the area.
