2.5L Block Swap?

Will a 1989 2.5L block swap with a 1991 2.5L? My 92 2.5L is hurting and I have a 89 2.5L block and head I want to put in. If I swap over everything including the fuel injection, distributor, serpentine belt, flywheel, etc., will everything bolt up to the 89 block & head? The cylinder head P/Ns are the same (403) so I'm pretty sure they are the same. What do I need to be concerned with?
