Adding my radio and new horn to factory fuseblock

How would i go upon adding the power for my new horn and radio to the factory fuse block.

the original radio wire no longer exists and the horn assembly in the steering wheel stopped working so i put a new button mounted on the dash and replaced the horn with an after market one they are run directly to the battery right now

what supplies would i need to do this if it is even possible
