best bonding agent

what is the best bonding agent to glue a nut on the backside of plastic, F26, minute mend etc. once in place i really dont need the nut to turn or i am screwed myself.

There are products made by Lord Fusior (sp) Most auto refinishing suppliers will have it .the best ,crash tested
