i have a 90 yj 4.2 and my turn signals dont blink. They turn on but they dont blink. also on the dash the the left turn signal and the high beams signal come on when i brake or put on the heater or lights. They dont actually come on just on the dash they do. Also the wipers go reaaaallly slow when the lights or the heater is on. Where do i start????
