Minnisota Members HELP!

Hi Guys,

I'm from canada going to be traveling to Minnesota next week and I have a few questions for the locals. Is there any laws against having offroad pillar lights in your state? Do they have to be covered at night time? Also I have my front passenger drivers windows tinted. Can't remember the % but it matches with the stock back window tint. It is legal in my province here in Canada just wondering if anyone down there has had trouble.

Thanks

I'm running uncovered pillar lights and haven't had any issures yet. Also, I'm from Arizona and my tint is around 30% and no issues there either. I think that you should be fine.

i think you can have up to 4 added lights before you need to put covers on. factory lights and fog lights dont count towards the 4

I think you should be fine. I believe we just can't turn ON any lights that are located higher than the regular headlights while on the roads. Obviously they are okay to use off-road... or when nobody is around which is what most do.

I know in the states they have to go by the laws where the vehicle is licensed, so stuff like tinted windows you should be okay.
