Check out SMORR (SMORR, Southern Missouri Off Road Ranch - Home), its in Seymour. You should also check out the local Jeep Club, Ozarks JeepThing (Ozarks JeepThing Club, Inc. - Serving Springfield, Branson and Surrounding Areas). Out next event is a meet and greet this Sunday at 3 PM at Braums at Chestnut and Glenstone, our next trail ride is at Disney, OK on 10/20.

Another vote for SMORR. I haven't been driven the trails yet, but my job put me in the area today so I stopped by and picked up a map and talked for a few mins with some of the staff. Looks like a cool place!!! $20 day fee plus $5 for passengers.

A little late, but a good group of us went to the jeep trails at Chadwick today and had a blast.
It's fairly close to Springfield and it's free. lol

Free for jeeps. Supposed to stop at a gas station and pay for atv's/motorcycles. Granted there is WAY more for them to do. Many trails are to narrow for Jeeps. Still a fun place. http://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/mtnf/...21762&actid=93
