Hello All,

Currently waiting for my Willys to show up from Toledo. Looking for like-minded Jeep people to show me around some of the areas in MO. Anyone?

The closest one is Kansas Rocks Recreation Park, near Ft. Scott. This is a fee park and they are only open on the weekends. If you google it, you can find their web site. The closest free area is Tuttle Creek OHV area, out near Manhattan, Ks. It is usually open 7 days a week, but you have to be out by dusk. You can check out dirtopia.com, for others. If you are looking for people to go with, there is the KC Jeep Club, kcjeepclub.org. There are a couple of groups on facebook, KC Northland Jeepers and Southland Jeepers, I think those are the names. If you need more info on those 2, let me, and I'll try to give you the links.

I think that St Joe State Park is the closest to you. Check out dirtopia.com, for others.

I know where Kanrocks is. I actually built dirt jumps and mountain bike trails out there a couple years back. As you enter the park some of that stuff was on the right hand side by the shack. Also Byrds adventure center in Cass Arkansas we had a DH mountain bike trail at but it's also a well known rock crawling ground.

I was there yesterday, and it's still there. According to one of their board members, no one has used any of it in years, and no one takes care of it.
